是何嬰孩？ What Child I This, Who, Laid to Rests?
這位奇妙嬰孩是誰， 安臥馬利亞懷中？ What child is this, who, laid to rest, On Mary’s lap is sleeping?
夜半降生天使歌頌， 牧人們驚奇歡騰。 Whom angels greet with anthems sweet, While shepherds watch are keeping?
這是基督我王， 天使頌揚牧人歡欣： This, this is Christ the King, Whom shepherds guard and angels sing:
快來歡呼敬拜， 馬利亞懷中聖嬰。 Haste, haste to bring Him laud, The Babe, the son of Mary.
為何看來窮苦微賤， 牛馬就在祂旁邊？ Why lies He in such mean estate Where ox and ass are feeding?
應當敬畏應當敬畏， 聖道贖罪到人間。 Good Christian, fear: for sinners here The silent Word is pleading.
獻上乳香沒葯黃金， 眾人當齊來拜祂； So bring Him incense, gold, and myrrh, Come peasant, king, to own Him;
萬王之王帶來救恩， 應當傾心接待祂。 The King of kings salvation brings, Let loving hearts enthrone Him.
