? 为什么要吃早餐 人体经过一夜睡眠之后,急需补充食物,只有吃好早餐,才能保证有充沛的精力从事上午的学习和活动。吃不好早餐,上午上课就会感到饥肠辘辘、头昏脑胀、注意力涣散、听课效果很差;另一方面,早餐吃不好,午餐必然食量大增,吃得过饱。这样又易造成胃肠道负担过重,早餐应该如何安排呢?下面列举几种早餐食谱供选择: 1、馒头0.1千克、鸡蛋1个、牛奶1杯、小菜适量。 2、肉包子0.1千克、玉米或小米粥1碗、小菜适量。 3、面包或糕点0.1千克、香肠0.05千克、豆浆1碗、新鲜蔬菜适 量。 4、蛋炒饭0.15千克、菜汤1碗。 青春期是长身体、长知识、性成熟的重要阶段,吃好早餐可保证以旺盛的精力学习和锻炼外,还具有促进生长发育的重要意义。

Why do we need to eat breakfast ? The human body needs food soon after a night’s sleep. Only eating breakfast can guarantee that you will have the abundant energy to engag in the morning studies and the activities. If you go to class with out a good breakfast, you’ll feel hungry, dizzy, lack attention and get poor study quality. In addition, your lunch appetite will increase significantly due to skipping breakfast, and that causes a gastro-intestinal burden. How should we balance our breakfast then? The following breakfast recipes are for your reference: 1、0.1 kg steamed bun, 1 Egg, 1 cup of milk, small portion of vegetables 2、0.1 kg steamed meat bun, a small bowl of corn or cornmeal porridge, small portion of vegetables 3、0.1 kg bread or pastries, 0.05 kg sausage, 1 bowl soy milk, small portion of fresh vegetables 4、0.15 kg egg fried rice, 1 bowl vegetable soup The time of puberty is an important period of body growth, gaining knowledge and getting mature. Good breakfast will provide you the exuberant energy to study and exercise, and also promote your growth.

早餐的营养成分 五谷类(如面包、麦包、玉米皮和各种米面制品、粥类等):含丰富的淀粉质、少量维生素B、及植物性蛋白质,主要供给热量。 早餐要吃好,因为早餐提供着我们整个上午的能量,什么样的早餐才算得上健康呢?早餐中的营养成分和作用各有哪些呢? 五谷类(如面包、麦包、玉米皮和各种米面制品、粥类等):含丰富的淀粉质、少量维生素B、及植物性蛋白质,主要供给热量。 蔬菜瓜果类(如水果、蔬菜等):含纤维质、维生素A、维生素C和矿物质,能增强身体抵抗力,防止便秘。 肉类及蛋类(如火腿、腌肉、香肠、鸡蛋和各式肉类包点等):含蛋白质、铁质、矿物质以及维生素A、维生素D等,能维持体内新陈代谢,提供人体生长及细胞修复所需物质。 奶类及钙类(如鲜奶、脱脂奶、酸乳酪、芝士、果仁等)含丰富的蛋白质、钙质、磷质和维生素B2,能保持骨骼及牙齿健康。

Breakfast Nutritive Value Good breakfast provides energy to us for the whole morning. What kind of breakfast is healthy then? What are the impacts of breakfast nutrition? Grains(like bread, wheat buns, corn and all kinds of rice and wheat products, porridge, etc. are rich in starch, vitamin B and protein, and provide calories. Vegetables and fruit:rich in fiber, vitamin A, vitamin C and minerals; enrich body’s resistance to diseases, and prevent constipation. Meat and eggs (like ham, beacon, sausage, egg and meat buns, etc. are rich in protein, iron, minerals and vitamin A and D; maintain metabolism and help growth. Dairy and nuts(like whole milk, skim milk, yoghurt, cheese, nuts, etc.)rich in protein, calcium, phosphorous and vitamin B2; maintain bones and teeth health.
