一、本单元的整体说 Unit 8 的语言功能是如何定餐或叫外卖,主要语言结构是What 引导的特殊疑问句和情态动词would 的用法。本单元的主要话题是学生们非常感兴趣的食物名称,围绕这个话题,可设计如下的任务型活动:

任务一:电话采访 分组让学生开展角色扮演活动,一名学生扮演面馆的策划人员,打电话给顾客,询问他们的日常口味。 任务二:面馆 根据面馆食谱做市场调查,列出一个面馆开业所需的食谱,特别是品种和口味。 任务三:面馆广告 让学生为面馆设计宣传用语,制作海报。

五、本单元学情分析: 学生已在七年级英语课本的上册中学会了一些食品的名称和“What kind of … … do you like?”的句式,为本单元的学习打下了良好的基础。语法中的可数名词和不可数名词学生也已在上册的Unit 8中接触过了,因此本单元对于学生来说比较容易掌握。另外,兴趣是学生最好的老师,本单元的话题贴近学生的现实生活,学生在日常生活中喜闻乐见,可以激发起他们的学习热情和兴趣。

六、本单元教学建议: 1、词汇的教学:利用实物、图片采用直观教学法教授单词。 2、口语能力的培养:利用采访等同位活动和小组活动来训练学生的口语表达和交际能力。 3、听力的训练:结合课文内容,循序渐进地训练学生的听力。另外,教师在上课时要尽量用英语组织教学活动,让学生在潜移默化中训练听力。

4、阅读能力的培养:利用课本Section B中3a、3b的教学,并要利用好学生手中的阅读材料,训练学生的阅读理解能力。 6、语法的教学:采用归纳法,让学生自己去归纳总结,找规律,并会运用。
