Could you please ...?是固定句型，用于有礼貌地请求别人做某事，please后面接动词原形，意为“请你……，好吗？”；否定形式是在动词原形前加not。 【运用】根据句意及括号内所给词的提示填空。 (1) Peter, we need to clean the house. Could you please ________ (sweep) the floor?   (2) Jack, could you please ____________ (not; open) the box? It’s for your sister. sweep not open

1) until和till同义为“直到……” , till多用于口语。until可以放在句首, till则不能放在句首。
