全国卷 I 、全国卷 II 书面表达试题所涉及话 题具有跨文化交际的性质，贴近学生的生活 ，贴近社会实际，话题对考生具有一定的亲 近感。 启示：与学生日常生活密切相关的话题都 可以成为高考书面表达的选题范围。 全国卷 I 和全国卷 II 共计 12 份书面表达表达 试题，均采用文字提示方式创设情景、激活 写作话题。 从体裁看，全国卷 I 和全国卷 II 的书面表达 试题均属于应用文。 这一体裁体现出书面表达的试题命制注重 实用。

结论： 较之同期福建卷的书面表达，我们可以看 出，全国卷的书面表达试题不可能太难，要 比福建卷容易，同时全国卷必须考虑全国范 围经济、教育发达地区和欠发达地区英语教 学的实际。

二、书面表达试题评阅结果回眸

结论： 全省而言，书面表达试题得分的平均分不 太高。其原因在于低分段和 0 分卷人数比较 较大。 启示：书面表达试题有很大的提升空间。

三、书面表达试题评阅的信度

结论： 总体上说，我省近年来的高考英语书面表 达试题的评阅结果是可信的。 启示： 结合书面表达训练的教学，要不断提高学 生对书面表达本质的理解，消除各种侥幸心 理。

四、书面表达评阅的基本原则

内容要点定档次，语言贴切分高 低，结构（篇章结构）逻辑（连贯 ）作微调。
