Energy Saving Tips Food 食 Clothes 衣 Housing 住 Transportation 行 Education 育 Entertainment 樂

Food Eat less meat. (If possible, be a vegetarian.) 少吃肉。 (如果可以,當一位素食的人。) Avoid overeating or leaving meals unfinished. 避免暴飲暴食,或剩菜太多造成浪費。 Eat in-season local food. 多吃本地、時令的食物。

Don’t use disposable tableware Don’t use disposable tableware . Carry your own chopsticks and bottles with you. 不要用免洗餐具。帶自己的筷子和瓶子。 Ask stores not to use STYROFOAM. 請店家不要用 聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料。(免洗碗) Grow vegetables yourselves. 自己種蔬菜。

Clothing Wash clothes in cold water. 用冷水洗衣服。 Hang the clothes outdoors to dry. 在戶外,曬衣服。 Wear comfortable clothes and put suits and ties away. 穿舒適的衣服,少穿西裝,少打領帶。
